1. Scope

These terms govern access to the official Escape the City website. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

2. Content and permissions

Music, recordings, compositions, artwork, logos and text remain subject to the rights of their respective creators, performers, publishers and other rightsholders. Access or listening does not transfer ownership. Reproduction, distribution, sampling, synchronisation, adaptation, commercial exploitation, model training or identity cloning requires permission where protected rights apply. For film, television, advertising or other licensing, contact escape@etcsounds.com.

3. Creative technologies and acceptable use

AI-assisted tools may be used in selected creative workflows under human direction and selection. This does not grant permission to copy protected work or impersonate the artist. Do not interfere with security, unlawfully extract content, mass-download protected material or infringe the rights or privacy of others.

4. Platforms, purchases and rights notices

External music services operate under their own terms, prices and privacy policies. Any purchase or subscription made there is subject to that provider’s rules. If digital content is sold directly, applicable consumer information and withdrawal rules apply; immediate delivery requires the legally required consent and acknowledgment. To report a rights concern, send the precise URL, the right concerned, evidence of ownership or authority, contact details and a good-faith statement of accuracy to escape@etcsounds.com. Credible claims may lead to correction or removal.

5. Availability and liability

The website is provided as available; uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and liability may be limited to the amount paid directly for the relevant content or service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Events beyond reasonable control may affect service.

6. Law, privacy and updates

Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy. If one provision is unenforceable, the others continue to apply. Updated terms carry a revised date.
